Thoughtful, thorough, deeply grounded are all phrases I would use to describe my experience of Lisa Berger's teaching skills. Lisa's professional healing work, which includes a clear understanding of ZB in all its facets, provides her students with something unique and special.     —Bonnie Jo R.

Why Study Zero Balancing?Showing a feature of the skeleton.

A few answers come to mind:

  • to get a fresh perspective;
  • to become more present in your service;
  • to address your own health concerns; and/or
  • to learn how to work with energy in a grounded way.

Through ZB, an energy specialist (acupuncturist, Reiki practitioner) will learn how to engage skeletal structure, a physical specialist (massage therapist, physical therapist,  chiropractor) will learn how to engage energy, and all will learn how to simultaneously engage structure and energy to balance and clarify the body, mind and spirit.

Zero Balancing is efficient, easy on the body of both the client and the practitioner, and addresses patterns that may underlie persistent symptoms. Because Zero Balancing can be practiced by itself or in concert with many other modalities, you can both explore a new modality and learn how to improve what you are already doing. More about Zero Balancing...

I have taken dozens of Zero Balancing classes and each has blessed my professional practice, my personal life and my creative edge in deep and satisfying ways.

Go to Zero Balancing Classes for information about specific classes offered by Lisa. Lisa takes registrations directly.  For some classes, you will find a downloadable registration form. Where there is no form, you can register by contacting Lisa via email or call 413-397-9800.  If you would like to pay by credit card, please indicate that in your message.

Tutorials and Mentoring

Lisa offers private and small group tutorials in Zero Balancing for people who have taken at least one ZB I course.  This is a great way to get your questions answered and receive some feedback on your work.  Tutorials can also include a Zero Balancing session from Lisa.

Lisa is a mentor to students in the Zero Balancing Certification program and supports other mentors as a faculty advisor. Because mentoring is a big committment, Lisa may or may not be able to take on another student at a given time.

If you are in the Zero Balancing Certification program and need to give a Zero Balancing session for feedback or for your final check-out, Lisa will be glad to assist you.

Call or email to discuss availability.

Introductory Presentations About ZB

Lisa is available to give brief presentations to people interested in learning more about Zero Balancing. A short presentation is typically one and a half hours and includes demonstrations of Zero Balancing. Presentations can be tailored to the specific interests of the audience.

A one-day Introduction to Zero Balancing course qualifies for 6 CE hours for massage therapists.

Contact Lisa if you would like to host an introductory presentation or course.
